Domestic Shipping within India

In India, we ship to most pin codes through our network of courier and logistics partners.
We offer fast and safe Shipping on all orders across India.
Domestic Shipping is free.
Normally, orders are processed and despatched within 5-6 working days.
Depending on the destination, you can expect your order to arrive between 8-12 days. For some hard-to-reach pin codes, deliveries may take 12-15 days.
No COD is available for any product or service available on the website. No cheques / demand draft / gift card as a mode of payment will be entertained.
Note: If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please record a video before opening the parcel and after opening the parcel to show the defect or damage immediately on receipt of the product. Send the video along with details to support@tribalkatha.com . If the product is damaged in transit, only then we ensure a replacement at the earliest.

International Shipping

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination and the item weight and volume. These will be added on actuals to the rate mentioned for the product in USD
International orders are processed within 8 business days. Depending on the destination, you can typically expect your order to arrive between 15 to 21 days.
All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and accordingly the customer will have to pay such local duties/taxes.
