Return

If the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please record a video before opening the parcel and after opening the parcel to show the defect or damage immediately on receipt of the product. Send the video along with details to support@tribalkatha.com. If the product is damaged in transit, only then we ensure a replacement within 7 working days after the receipt and verification of the video and the order details and tag number. 

Product must be returned to the registered Tribal Katha address with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Refund 

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, Tribal Katha LLP will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 12 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However return is possible as per the stated return policy only. 

After the product/s have been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order.
